Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Otherwise, it is a free return if you received the wrong or defective order. Please before you send product to us, send reason why you want to return on email promotionlab.shop@gmail.com. After review we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Additionally, the package should be inserted into additional protective wrapping to protect the original product packaging (e.g. cardboard box). You can return products by sending a package through any company to transport shipments using a pre-paid and pre-printed label on your package. If you order a completely incorrect size (for example, needing size 46 but ordering size 41) and if you want an exchange, we will ship the correct size to you once the wrong size is returned. However, the cost of shipping the new item will also be covered by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days. For items on sale Pro Motion Lab does not provide refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.
